Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orvana is not liable for any additional customs or taxes applied to your order once it has been shipped. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the product and shipping charges and contact you immediately.
If you receive a damaged item, please send us a picture at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement or a refund.
Order Never Arrived
If you place an order and it doesn't arrive within 2-3 weeks, please contact us at email@example.com. From here, our team will give you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
